Ive had my navel piercerd for about 3 and a bit months now, and my piercer said when I first got it pierced that I could change it after 3 months. I was pierced with a 7/14 to accomadate for swelling etc now the swelling has gone down it seems a little bit too big for me. I would change it but my only problem the top hole is irritated alot, Ive tried everything under the sun to try and make it stop and Ive come to the conclusion its because the bar is a bit longer then it should be. Should I wait longer to take it out as Ive heard tis not ment to be changed until all redness ect is gone. Also if I did change it how would I go about sterlizing the new bar??
