What is your "normal
Posted on May 12, 2008, 11:21 amWhat is your "normal aftercare?"
Usually the bumps are caused from ill-fitting jewlery or excessive movement that caused irritation. If your barbell pops up from the top when you sit down then it may be too long and that could be the cause, for instance.
As long as you are soaking or washing the piercing, not moving the jewelry and drying it throughly it should be fine unless you caught your jeans or pjs or something.
Never miss someone from your past - there is a reason they did not make it to your future.

Hi, thanks for your reply,
Posted on May 12, 2008, 4:51 pmHi, thanks for your reply, my normal aftercare is washing it with antibac soap everyday, and dont touch it only when cleaning, it had a small bit of irritation before it appeared

A nice warm sea salt soak
Posted on May 12, 2008, 8:50 pmA nice warm sea salt soak will help and you can over due the soap bit. If it ain't broke don't fix it and if there isn't any crusties on things the soak will keep it clean without using a soap wash all the time. To much soap type cleaning will irritate the piercing. Keep things clean, but do not go overboard. The next post will tell you that I am dead wrong, you decide.
