My freaking housemates. I love them to death but they need to grow up. They seem to have an issue with my boyfriend when he's here. I do not know why. He cleans up after himself, hell we did a house clean the other night and I told him to go downstairs to my room and don't worry about helping, so he cleaned the downstairs washroom for me and the guy i share it with. Of the various guys I've dated, he is the nicest, sweetest, and well just plain best. He is always willing to help out, including help them. And yet for some reason, when ever he is here (average 4 nights a week), the two girls at least, continually give him dirty looks. I can tell there is some tension there and it pisses me right the hell off. Rather then talk to me, they turn around and are flat out rude to him for no freaking reason. I don't know if it is jealousy because they see I am happy and their boyfriends are miles away (one is in Afghanistan deployed, and the other lives back in Calgary) or what, but I want it to stop. I'm stressed out enough as it is with my work and other , I don't need to come home and feel like I need to hide in my room all night with the boy because they are gonna be rude to him.
Let alone he has become good friends with one of the guy housemates, and because the others have already said they don't want the boyfriend here without me (understandable), I have to tell him that he can't be here to hang out with the one guy when I'm not here. And one of the girls asked the one guy if my boyfriend annoys him--her indirect way of saying the boyfriend annoys her. The one guy said no he doesn't annoy him, and that they are friends. I wanted to strangle her for asking that when I found out.. I don't get it.. !!

As I sit here squashing the damn things I would like to wrap my fingers around the neck of the guy who thought that it would be a good idea to import these Chinese almost Lady Bugs. Everything that comes from there is crap even the valve stems that Ford used.

I bought these 'eyebrow shapers' deelies from work and they're wank! They don't pull the hairs, so I've used several on one eyebrow (they're like bits of tape) and now my eyebrow really stings.

I'm beginning to think I'm allergic to some forms of adhesives.

I like to go out to a bar and not have to worry about weird people bothering me. I'm fairly nice so I never know what to say. The only way I could think of escaping a 30-year old guy two weeks ago was by just leaving altogether. It wasn't the age that creeped me out, just his overall vibe. And my friend just accepts drinks from people without seeing where they are coming from so I feel like I have to constantly be babysitting her in case of emergency. I tell her not to take them but she's a bit of an animal and drinks anything and everything that could, may, or does contain alcohol. Argh.

I had to move up north with a family member because I was kicked out of my house by my mom. I think I'm a pretty good kid, but she has issues, I guess. I lived on my own for a few months and I have to wait until January to start college because of it. She really doesn't have her priorities straight, I think. I'm also 300 miles away from the girl I'm going to marry, and rarely get to visit her.

I'm not usually one to complain, but the thread was already made, so...

Some unattentive bastard ran through a stop sign, smashing in the front end of my car while I was returning to work after my break. I was driving back with my breakfast, but it ended up on the floor when I hit my brakes trying to avoid this retard. It was all for none, because he proceeded to turn right into me. I was pretty bent over the whole thing, but I was polite and tactful...which is not necessarily my style. I can be quite condescending and sarcastic.

An 80's something model van does quite a number on a Dodge Avenger, even at low speeds. I can't drive it, and I'm having a pretty difficult time getting someone from my insurance company to come out and do an estimate...so I can't get it fixed either. It is, at least, mildly irritating at times.

I have no relationship problems, though. Those require commitment, and I have yet to find the woman dumb enough to let me mold and shape her into exactly what I like...or even one who is the cultural and intellectual equivalent to myself, who is not a vegetarian, tree hugging, wannabe activist of some sort. That said, being single has always been rather satisfying.

Me and 3 mates were going to go to my families chalet in Abersoch for a few days but the weather forecast predicts sleet/snow which I'm not confident to drive that far in those conditions, so that's ruined that...

I hate dust bunnies!

Been out to Carnage (big bar crawl where you all write on eachother with markers and it ends up in a nightclub), and now it's 4.30am and I feel horrrrible. Fell asleep for a bit but got woken up by the housemates so now I'm just sitting here and letting Clark sleep.

And he goes home tomorrow and I'll miss him

Speaking of cars, my car battery decided to die today when me and a friend were going to go into town. So I didn't end up going but she went on public transport cos she was meeting another friend. Got a new battery now (cost about £80($160)) which is an expense I'd rather now have to deal with but oh well, it's my car, I need it.

Oh & I'm feeling huge at the moment. It's my own fault though, I've been eating badly, and not been the gym for ages... I need to lose weight, fast. I don't like it.

My 72 yr old "mother in law" shoveled our snow that melted by noon anyway.

A frequent consumer of coffee beverages, I am in the process of using crest white-strips to remove the evidence of my habit. The 'temporary' tooth sensitivity is pretty darn annoying! But then again, 10 years from now I won't have brown teeth! Maybe I should post that in the rave thread.

My brother's been getting threatening phonecalls about what will happen if he doesn't drop the prosecution on this guy (not getting into details). I'm worried.

My friend from highschool has just been informed that he has 6 months to live. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer earlier this year. Went through chemo, was told in June it was gone, a month later was told it had relapsed. So he went through a tougher round of chemo. Had brain surgery as it had spread to his brain and caused numerous tumors there, and was going to undergo a stem cell transplant, but was informed that it would likely not be successful. If he was to go through with the risky stem cell transplant, it would prevent him from being able to do pallative care later on if need be.. So all choices exhausted, he made the decision to do the pallative care now. He really doesn't know how much longer he has, but has been told up to 6 months. I balled last night when I found out. He's 22 years old, what the hell did he do to deserve it. He was gonna get married. He was gonna become a nurse and use his own story and fight with cancer to help him, and have a better understanding of the suffering that patients undergo. The world just won't be as bright without him.

My grievance seems petty in comparison.

I hate my job. I was up til 3am last night with the stupid people yelling OBAMA! outside our window, and I told the guy at work who's in charge when the boss isn't there. He told me I should cut out early. I worked until after lunch (didn't take a lunch), and the bosses' wife calls me frantically because there was.........A CUSTOMER! OMFG!

We get like one customer a day this time of year, and she chews ME out for leaving when the guy in charge told me I could?

I am getting really annoyed with one of my friends who is shoving political propaganda down the throat of facebook and telling anyone who agrees with Obama that they are crazy, foolish, etc then shoves anti-abortion shiz at you and rants about how the media is running the country but has nothing more to say when I tell her that it was happenening long before she was ever alive. Ugh! Take the loss graciously or move to a different country if you don;t like this one.

I used to go to counselling, and things had been going well and I'd been much better than I had been whilst I was in that service, but they only go up to the age of 17 so I had my last appointment the other week (actually when I'd just turned 18) and now things are going really badly and I don't have that support anymore...
