Just wanted to share my updated jewelry with everyone. Got pierced in July 22 of 2008, started with a 10 gauge CBR, and just recently switched to an 8 gauge circular barbell with 1/4" beads. The gap between the beads really help with controlling the urination spray problem!

I wanted to thank folks here and at BME for their stories about successful PAs. I've wanted one since I was about 18; I'm now 38 and finally had both the time and will to get it done. My piercer was ZiD at Pino Bros Ink in Cambridge, MA. He did a fantastic job, made me really comfortable as a newbie, and got the location and jewelry just right. It barely hurt, though it bled a bit. Fortunately I have no trouble peeing standing up! Hooray!

I have never been pierced before. I had only given it passing interest at various times during my life, and I was only curious about the Frenum piercing or the Prince Albert.

Years passed and I would still occasionally look up some stories and pictures on the internet and wonder about the benefits and drawbacks of having either done.

I've always thought a PA looks very hot and had been interested on getting one since I was a teen.
About a month and a half ago I saw this pic of a guy w/ a 0 gauge PA and it drew me crazy. So I started considering it more seriously.
I told my beau about it and we discussed it for about a month. I decided to get it done while visiting him in NYC last weekend.
He wasn't sure about it, but I as hell was.
