1 - What forms of payment do you accep?

Tribalectic accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. 

2 - What shipping options do you offer?

In the U.S., all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (avg. delivery time 2-3 days) or via UPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, Ground, etc.). International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service International Priority Mail (avg. delivery time 5-10 days) or via air mail (5-20 days).

3 - Why does Tribalectic offer so many brands of jewelry in many of the same styles?

Here at Tribalectic we've taken the time to sort through all of the body jewelry on the market to bring you the best jewelry at the best prices. We recognize that not everyone's budget is the same, and so we've decided to offer body jewelry from both high end and lower end manufacturers. The differences in price result from various factors. Some body jewelry is mass-produced and externally threaded, some is made in smaller batches which may be externally threaded up to 10ga and internally threaded at 8ga and larger. Still other manufacturer's jewelry is all internally threaded, hand-made, and hand-polished to a superb finish. 4 - Why do you sterilize your body jewelry before shipping it?

We sterilize all of our body jewelry so that you know that you are getting jewelry that is safe and has never been worn before. Your jewelry will arrive still inside its sterilization pouch. 

5 - I can't find the gauge or size I want for a piece. What can I do?

Since we work with such a large number of jewelers, we are able to handle a large number of custom jewelry/size requests. To make a request for custom jewelry.

6 - Can you guys make custom jewelry?

Yes! Tribalectic works with a large number of custom body jewelers around the world. All you need to do is send us the specifications for a piece you have in mind and a Tribalectic representative will contact you with either a price or more questions about the piece you want. If your design can be engineered by our jewelers, Tribalectic will do everything to find you the exact piece that you want. 7 - How do I pay by check or money order?

Paying by check or money order is easy. Just add the items you would like to order to your shopping cart and then hit "checkout". During the checkout process you will have the option to pay by credit card or by check. We will begin processing your order once you have completed the checkout process and we have received your payment.

8 - How can I check on the status of my orders?

9 - When will my order ship?

If all of the items in your order are in stock, your order will ship within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order should ship in 5-10 days. If your order includes custom jewelry, then it may take up to a month to ship. When you place an order and items are not in stock they are ordered from the manufacturer. Manufacturing times vary by manufacturer. Once an order has gone into production we cannot make any changes (like size, color, etc).

10 - Can I make an order over the phone?

Certainly! You can reach us at (760) 575-4384 M-F 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. 

11 - Are your prices per pair or per piece?

Good question. All of the prices in our catalog are PER PIECE. So, if you order one plug or captive bead ring you will receive one plug or captive bead ring, NOT one pair of plugs or captive bead rings. To order a pair of any product just enter "2" for the quantity when adding the item to your shopping cart, or change the quantity to "2" in your shopping cart and hit "recalculate".

12 - Do you guys accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges on items still inside of their sterile pouch. All exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Read more about our exchange policy here: Tribalectic Exchange Policy.
